Thanks for helping getting the word out Jack. Just to add that the barrels in these rifles will be straight from our hammer forge. The Upper and Lower are exactly the same as o the DDM4 and have all the same internals. It will still include a PMag but it will not come with a hard case.

Thanks for the update on the new rifle Joe. I like the T-1 mount...now I just have to save up for a T-1.

One more question. Can the Omega 12X be used on a 14.5" barrel with a perm attached flash suppressor or not. I heard it uses a different barrel nut which requires a special tool for installation, so I'm thinking not.

Depends on the barrel nut. If it's equipped with a delta ring, the barrel nut will have to be changed, which means the flash hider will have to come off. Not impossible, but definitely a PITA.

I don't get it these guys are known for their rails and they don't put one on their new gun. As a side note I walked back into the gun store 4 times before i could leave that ddm4 at the store.

I think the reason they didn't offer a rail on this one is because they may be targeting the average buyer. Some people like the KISS version of the AR15's.

yea but it's Daneil defense. Got to have the rail.

I'm not real sure but, Joe may be along shortly to let us know why.

i wish they would make one without the front site post so i could out flip up front sites on it. If they did that I would buy it tonight.

Do like I did and put a Daniel Defense gasblock on it and call it a day.
