Default Revolvers

I don't see many topics on revolvers here. Lots of autos, 1911s, Springfield, SD9, CZ75, S&W M&P, etc, etc.

I have a couple Glocks for business too - but for "pleasure" I don't think anything can beat a revolver. The variety of ammo you can shoot - in my .45 alone I can go from 250g bullets at 700fps to 300g at 1200fps. I always thought it was silly to be walking around in the woods with an automatic. Plus your brass is easier to keep track of too!

Am I the only one here who feels this way?

Most often (in order) of what I take to the range:
1. Ruger Blackhawk .45
2. Ruger GP100 .357
3. Ruger Super Redhawk .454
4. S&W Mod 34 "kit gun" .22lr
5. Taurus 85 .38 snubbie
6. Taurus 941 .22 mag
7. Now I'm down to my Glocks and Kel Tec

I only own one revolver but its one of my favorite guns. Its a S&W 27-2 that I got from 357phase on here (no you cant have it back )

Great shooting pistol with an awsome trigger.

When I get done with my evil black rifle collection I can see myself very easily collecting wheel and lever guns. I just really enjoy them. ANd best of all, theres no mags to buy.

I have several Blackhawks in .45 Colt and .357 Magnum. I usually have a .45 Colt as my carry - Not quite as fast as my semis, but I hit what I'm shooting at.

,Wife, is really fast with her .357 Blackhawk carry gun. Not a good idea to upset her, any more than she usually is anyhow.

I keep a S&W 66 very close to me at all times. It's my go to gun!! It also has about 15k rounds thru it. It has a real nice trigger, but it took a while to get there. You know, one round at a time!!!
